Jason Watson
Owner / Founder
Jason earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business with a minor in Marketing in 2004. While in college and for two years prior, he gained valuable experience working in various roles within the financial industry. After being presented with an opportunity and in order to earn a little extra money he took a second job with a swimming pool company where he quickly discovered a new passion. Recognizing his growing interest in the industry, Jason made the decision to leave finance behind and pursue a new path. In 2006, he founded The Blue Lagoons, combining his business expertise with a strong enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service and creating beautiful outdoor living spaces.
Today, Jason lives in Heath with his wonderful wife, two beautiful daughters, and two trouble maker dogs who always keep life interesting.
Pete Baczynski
Pete earned his Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Texas A&M University and his Master’s degree from the University of Oklahoma.
With a diverse background in safety, compliance, and operations management at a major construction firm, Pete brings a wealth of experience to his current role. After years in the corporate world, he sought a change—one that would allow him to work more closely with customers. This led him to The Blue Lagoons, where his passion and commitment for delivering hands-on solutions make a real impact every day.
Pete lives in Heath with his wonderful wife, Anna, and their two beautiful children, Cohen and Eva, where they cherish every moment together as a family.
Natalie Daniel
Natalie grew up in Plano and attended Texas Lutheran College in Seguin Texas.
She has over 30 years’ experience in office management and customer service both in the corporate world and from a family business. She understands taking care of our customers and navigating them through the pool ownership process by providing them first-rate customer service.
She lives in Wylie with her husband and their dogs, Levi and Dixie and is a Nana to three grandchildren.
Katie Koenig
Bachelor’s Degree from The University of North Texas in 2006
Experience in the pool industry since 2005 including management, service, and design.
Lives in Uptown Dallas.
In spare time she enjoys staying active on the Katy Trail, attending sports events, going to concerts, and traveling.
LeeAnn Watson
LeeAnn is originally from Kalamazoo, Michigan and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing from Western Michigan University. After leaving a career in Retail Buying, LeeAnn followed her love for design and creativity and joined the family business at The Blue Lagoons.
LeeAnn is married with two beautiful daughters and lives in Heath, TX. She enjoys outdoor activities, biking and spending time with family when not working.
Victor Mueller
Designer
Victor began his career in the swimming pool industry in 1987 and has been designing custom pools since 1996. With nearly four decades of experience, he has helped more than 1,200 homeowners turn their backyard dreams into reality by creating beautiful, long-lasting swimming pools for families to enjoy.
Victor is passionate about what he does and takes great pride in listening to each client’s vision and bringing it to life. His extensive knowledge of local soil conditions, city setbacks, and municipal codes allows him to design projects that are both structurally sound and compliant. He spends as much time as needed with every client, ensuring they feel comfortable, confident, and excited about their Blue Lagoons project from start to finish.
Family plays a central role in Victor’s life. He has been married for 41 years and has three grown children and nine grandchildren. With his wife’s parents living with them and their entire family local, Victor values strong family connections—values that influence the care, trust, and dedication he brings to every project.
